HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel your order online before it ships from the "Orders" section under "My Account." Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you may return the order after you receive it. For COD orders returned for a refund, Cash on Delivery or shipping charges are not refundable.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order after it has been delivered. However, you can request a return or replacement service instead.
