Exchange/Returns/Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Courier Charges: Customers are required to pay the courier charges for returning the product. The charges are Rs 150.
Self-Courier Option: Alternatively, customers can choose to directly courier the shoes back to us at their own expense.
Return & Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via a store credit or original source of payment on the approval by the company
Returns aren't valid for anything under our accessories section as well as any discounted items.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 10-12 days after the returned or exchanged items have been received and verified in our warehouse. Customers who qualify for a refund will be notified accordingly.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit in the form of a coupon code, valid on our website for one year.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to the bank account provided at the time of the refund request, or as store credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used on our website and is valid for one year.
Items not valid for returns
Unfortunately, customer customized items, sale items and all items in our accessories section are not returnable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 working days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and a video of opening the package at contactus@crowcialondon.in
Shipping
To return your product, you need to email us for the shipping address and returns are only acceptable on the shipping address provided via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.5,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
