DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY ON YOUR SHOES?
Crowcia London offers a warranty on our footwear for your peace of mind. You have the flexibility to return your order within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate this process, ensure that your reason for replacement aligns with the terms outlined in our warranty. For more details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
WORRIES ABOUT SHIPPING TIME?
Don't be! For same-day shipping, simply place your order by 2 pm, Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Unless the product is part of our exclusive or Plus size collection and marked as made to order on our website, your order will be dispatched within 4 days of receipt. Rest assured, we'll notify you once your order is packed and again when it's shipped out.

FROM WHICH LOCATION DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
Packages will be shipped from Agra (India).
DO YOU OFFER WEEKEND DELIVERY?
We provide delivery every day of the week, but our shipping is limited to Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM.
CAN YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
Please note that Crowcia London does not cover any fees, such as customs charges or taxes, that may apply to your shipment upon delivery.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Agra, India. This means that the purchase price on our website does not include these fees. Consequently, you may need to pay duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government to receive your order. Crowcia London does not collect these fees.
If a customer rejects a shipment, we are not responsible for it and will not accept returns in such cases.

DO YOU SELL REPLACEMENT LACES AND INSOLES?
Yes, we offer replacements for defective laces and insoles. Please send a clear photo of the product along with its style details (found on the inside upper) and your shipping address to contactus@crowcialondon.in

No, there are no additional charges beyond the listed price on our website. The final price includes all taxes, and you will receive a tax invoice with your order.
